Complete Design & Reverse Engineering
Our Team can build your part model, or we can work to existing files. If no prints or files exist, we can reverse engineer your existing steel, and build you a model. All mold builds come with all part files at the end of the project.
5-Axis machining.
If you have complex machining, we’ve got you covered. We’ve got the latest technologies at your request.
The majority of our machine tools are less than 24 months old. We offer our full service machine shop, including 3 & 5 axis mills, high speed electrode and hard mills, and 3-axis lathes all equipped with live tooling. Wire & RAM EDMs, grinding, and jig-grinding, mold groom and mold refurbishing room.
Complete Mold Builds.
Single cavity MUD units, all the way up through 128 cavity stack Molds. We are very familiar with unscrewing molds as well. Collapsible core designs or tools with multiple slides. We have the confidence & expertise to handle any specific build you need.

Production Parts.
With our abundance of horsepower, it’s nice to break up the workload with some production work. We are always interested in machining your production tooling.
Tooling Repair.
Laser Welding to repair sharp edges and shut-offs. We handle all re-machining in-house to keep your tools running at full cavitation.
Laser Welding/ENGRAVING
All welding is done by our sister company, PHOENIX LASER, who is a stones-throw away, also here in Meadville, PA. Phoenix Laser is the largest laser welding house in North America. Both Phoenix Laser and Chipsco are owned by the same family.
